"Evelyne, now the boutique manager, first built her career as a restaurant manager. This experience—rich in human connections, culinary discoveries, and wine expertise—led her to cross paths with Maude Patriarche and Marc Piot, of Domaine Alain Patriarche in Meursault, Burgundy. Maude oversees the estate inherited from her father, while Marc manages the vineyard work and winemaking.
From this encounter blossomed a genuine friendship that has endured for nearly thirty years, built on sharing, passion, and authenticity.
From this alliance came a unique creation: a bottle bearing the emblem of L’Oléronaise. More than just a wine, this cuvée reflects her story, her deep connection to her roots, and her desire to share the spirit of conviviality that inspires her."
